We are a family-oriented Chiropractic Wellness office. Anyone is welcome, from the triathlete who's looking to recover from workouts or race injuries, to grandma who wants to keep up with her grand kids, to the everyday Joe, to the newborn who's struggling to breast feed or has colic. Our office is focused on giving individualized care to each of our members to meet their specific health and wellness goals. We know that health is multi-faceted with neurological, mental, physical, and spiritual aspects. All four aspects are key areas of a properly aligned life. They are designed to be equally balanced, and when they are balanced, you have the keys to experience freedom from sickness and pain and can begin to live your life to its fullest! Neurological Health: Your nervous system is comprised of your brain, spinal cord, and nerves. Misalignments in your spinal column can alter the structural integrity of this system and lead to an interference in your brain's ability to communicate with every cell, tissue, and organ in your body. This is primarily what we focus on addressing in our office. Mental Health: A negative mindset causes the release of cortisol in your body. The over-secretion of this hormone is linked to weight gain, high blood pressure, high blood sugar levels, and an increased heart rate. We promote an open environment of gratitude designed to help you refocus your mindset in a positive direction. Physical Health: We recognize that your body is a temple. We offer a variety of educational resources to help you achieve the positive lifestyle changes necessary to both nourish your body through your food choices, but also how to exercise your body appropriately. Spiritual Health: We are committed to letting God lead our office in putting others first, loving our community, and giving back.
