At Sequoia we offer movement sessions which cater for all abilities, you are never too old, too fragile or too far gone to begin to move again. We create a plan based on your capabilities and structure this around your progress towards freedom of expression. Our aim is to bring joy and confidence back into your daily movement practices, to give you the knowledge so as to empower your sense of self and what you are capable of.
