As a Learning & Development Leadership Strategist, I provide a solution-based approach to people development, designed to empowers teams and leaders to be their authentic selves and not hide behind a persona created for the workplace. I combine 25 years of experience working as a manager, coach, facilitator, and trainer - 18 years of which inside the NHS - with my first-hand personal experience of receiving services as a parent of a disabled child. My knowledge of NHS Trust policies and procedures, allows me to co-create solutions so every voice is heard and the right solutions are put in place. I take a holistic approach, blending training, facilitation, coaching or mentoring as the situation or person requires. My experience allows coachees to explore aspects of themselves and their role they would otherwise not be aware of, you develop the skills and tools required to step into being the leader you want to be.
