Serena Advisory is an HR services company with a particular focus on executive search, having gradually developed a thorough understanding of other areas in Human Resources Management. With experienced consultants from different backgrounds such as HR Management, Executive Search/Recruitment, Psychology and the art of Wellbeing, we believe that qualitative HR policies and processes are at the heart of a successful and healthy company that aims for the long term. It enables people in the organisation to feel in their place, enjoy their work, grow and develop their performance. We believe that, with the different events we have recently gone through collectively and the impact those had and still have, especially on younger generations, our society is currently at a turning point when it comes to the relationship people have with their professional activity and the organisation they work for.
