Serenity Return is an opportunistic small and mid cap private equity fund. The acquisition focus is primarily on successions and economic context opportunities, whereby a strong tri-party relationships between the former owner, new management team and the fund management is preferred. Additionally, the Serenity team may provide advisory services in the domains of M&A, strategy consulting and turn around management.
