My mission is to provide a safe, serene, and nurturing space for individuals seeking self-discovery, healing, and personal growth. I offer a range of services and resources that cater to the connection of authenticity, mindfulness, self worth, and cultivation of self-love within, so that my clients may create a beautiful reality and connect to the world around them through healthy relationships. My specializations are in Self-Concept, Self-Esteem, Self-Love, Relationships, Loss & Grief, Anxiety, Dissociation, Spirituality, and Wellness. I believe that a healthy self-concept and self-esteem are foundational for personal growth and emotional well-being. My coaching framework focuses on replacing limiting beliefs with empowering beliefs. Using Carl Jung's Person-Centred Therapy approach, I honour each individual's uniqueness and strengths, with an emphasis on providing unconditional positive regard, empathy, compassion and empowerment. Sessions are available online, offering flexibility and accessibility, through the ZOOM video portal. Sliding scale rates are available for those facing financial difficulties.
