Sermo is a small consultancy company founded in 2002. We provide different market analysis in Denmark, Norway and Sweden. Our mission is to develop and conduct analysis of the relationships between companies and its employees, customers, suppliers or consumers, so that our clients are able to collect important knowledge about the environments. With this knowledge, the clients can make changes based on actual knowledge rather than assumptions. Sermo offers different methods of analysis. Which method is the best, depends on the purpose with the analysis. We conduct a lot of different telephone interviews and online surveys, as well as more qualitative analysis such as personal interviews, semi-structured interviews and focus groups.
