Seru Architects was founded in 2012 as an architecture practice with expertise in residential cluster developments, apartment buildings, townhouses, office buildings and educational buildings. Committed to green buildings, we strive to fill the gap between architecture and green buildings by embedding the correct principles into all our designs from the onset. Good decision-making helps us avoid costly compensation at a later stage, during the documentation phase, construction phase, or worse - after occupation. Our choice of materials during design and construction pays off during the life of the building. To ensure our green ethos is carried through to construction our construction division, Seru Property Development, was launched in 2021. In 2022 our sales, rental and property management division was launched to support our other divisions as well as provide a service to many of our clients who wish to buy available properties with the aim of converting or renovating them either for investment purposes or for their own occupation.
