Formed in 2009, Serunai offers a range of products and services designed to enhance global Halal marketplace connectivity and transparency. The increasing demand of Halal products in both local and international market allows Serunai to create digital platforms to interconnect Halal producers and consumers globally. Our ambition is to make a contribution to the economy and society in which we operate and we believe that this will be beneficial to your company. Serunai Commerce thus far has launched the Global Halal Data Pool™ as well as the Verify Halal™ app, Halal Digital Chain, HADIC™ (blockchain-powered), and we have recently added the Certification Bodies Master System CBMS™ which is paired with the VH SMART™, a digitalised and comprehensive version of the Halal Assurance System (HAS) which is an integral component of a company’s Halal integrity, especially for Halal certification purposes In addition, we have also setup Serunai Halal Centre of Excellence (Halal CoE™) headquartered in Kuala Lumpur and another two offices in South Africa (Cape Town) and India (Mumbai). Serunai Halal COE™ assists new applicants of Malaysia Halal Certification by providing various professional Halal training programs and Halal consultancy. It aims to interconnect local and international markets and aims to also bridge the gap that exists between certification Bodies, Halal suppliers and consumers. As an affiliate organisation for recognised Foreign Halal Certification Bodies (FHCB), Halal COE™ assists international companies to gain Halal recognition from JAKIM. Halal COE™ also offers coaching and training services to all interested parties.
