Servicom’s mission is to provide solutions that optimize every aspect of facilities and assets through operations, maintenance, and program and project management. Servicom has two other well established sister companies, the first being “ISHIELD” and it specializes in fire protection systems and the second being “Electromechanical Engineering” and it specializes in design and construction of electrical and mechanical projects. Both ISHIELD and Electromechanical Engineering have been living and breathing the Qatari market since 2005 and they will be the back bone of Servicom aiding it and acting as a technical solutions department in the mechanical & electrical and fire protection systems. We will develop innovative solutions tailored to our client’s needs. We will be demonstrating both graphical and non-graphical aspects of the full building life cycle and creating a single repository of design and construction documents, specifications, schedules and historical data base to maintain the property to the utmost level of proficiency. We will deliver the expertise, efficiency and reliability for our client to help them realize the benefits of outsourced operations, maintenance, and program and project management. Our expertise extends from handling real estate facilities to office space buildings, residential facilities and more.
