Serve Happiness Foundation

Serve Happiness Foundation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to creating positive change through meaningful journeys, grassroots action, and the power of inspiration. Founded by social entrepreneur Nitin Tailor, the foundation envisions a world where individuals live purpose-driven lives rooted in service, harmony, and happiness. At the heart of our work is the Prerna Yatra – a transformative journey that connects youth and changemakers with inspiring role models, social organizations, and cultural-spiritual heritage. Since 2014, we’ve organized 15 Prerna Yatras, including the flagship Narmada Prerna Yatra, bringing together over 250 participants from across 20 Indian states. These yatras explore remote villages, forests, heritage sites, and grassroots initiatives, allowing participants to reconnect with nature, culture, and themselves while learning from those who are quietly shaping society. Serve Happiness Foundation actively promotes social entrepreneurship by nurturing innovative ideas and community-led ventures that solve real-world problems. We offer mentorship, platforms, and opportunities for youth to become leaders and changemakers in their own regions. Our programs also emphasize youth and women development, equipping individuals with skills, confidence, and exposure to build sustainable livelihoods. By fostering leadership, self-awareness, and collaboration, we aim to cultivate a generation that serves with joy and purpose. Above all, our mission is to increase happiness – by helping people discover meaning, serve others, and connect deeply with life’s values.
