Recruitment team with experience in recruiting entry level, mid-level, senior level professionals. We work on the End to End recruitment in your organization. Here is the process we follow 1. Gather the requirements from the hiring manager/team 2. Create a resume database 3. Search the candidates 3. Short list the candidates 4. Talk to the candidates (Their skill set, projects worked, current salary, expected salary, notice period) 5. Understand their skills 6. Warm up the candidate by sending the company profile 7. Send the profile 8. Schedule the interview with the hiring team 9. Get interview date and time confirmation from the candidate 10. Makes sure candidate joins the interview 11. Take feedback from candidate and team after interview 12. If positive schedule manager round 13. If positive Schedule HR round 14. Salary negotiation 15. Take care of notice periocd 16. Offer letter rollout 17. Get Joining date confirmation from candidate 18. Actual joining and onboarding We work in all the domains and can recruit IT as well as Non-IT people. We work as a team and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We understand staffing requirements of the business and working as required. We shortlist candidates through different portals like Naukri, Monster, Times jobs, Instahyre, Hirist, Optim hire, Indeed, Cut short and LinkedIn Talk to the candidates and validate their experience and interest on the role. We start the work only when we get the clear JD from the hiring manager/team. Negotiating salaries on company standards/budget.
