Our mission is to help our clients build stronger, more profitable relationships with their customers by providing customised, robust yet equitable service contract documentation that accurately reflects their services and supports their aspirations. Service Contract Consultancy, drawing on more than thirty years experience of service delivery in the ICT sector, supplies professionally-drafted terms and conditions, service descriptions, service level agreements and associated documentation to small and medium sized companies who operate in the ICT sector. SCCL's clients are typically IT service providers, office products providers and Telecom Service resellers who provide voice and data, cloud based and general IT services. Having worked at various times with companies in the SME sector, we identified a niche requirement for the supply of service-orientated contract documentation to smaller ICT companies, and SCCL was created to address this requirement. In addition to supplying contract documents, we work with our clients to identify and formalise all of the services they offer. We often find that companies provide additional services "informally"- that is, free of charge - and that by formalising these services the company is then able to charge for their provision. We will also assist our clients in negotiations with their customers. When necessary, we will seek clarification of supplier's terms on our client's behalf, though we do not negotiate with suppliers as we fully understand the implications of long, complex supply chains.
