Five years ago, we set forth on a journey to find a solution for one of UAE households’ biggest challenge: finding and hiring the best, fully vetted and highly professional cleaners. We built a technology and helped thousands of UAE households to date. We soon realised that a similar challenge echoes within restaurants, and the hospitality and leisure sector. In today’s social media and review-driven economy, hoteliers and restaurateurs are at a huge risk of failing to meet guest expectations due to poor staffing levels. Through these learnings, we decided to broaden our focus and leverage our technology, expertise and reputation to launch Service Crew AE.
