Our New Zealand-based ClientCare Team operates in the GMT+12 time zone allowing us to offer ServiceNow, Atlassian, Ivanti, Cherwell and HaloITSM customers wherever they are in the world with 24/7 remote technical support services, remote platform administration and configuration services.
