At Serving Our Neighbors we employ the Hyper-Multiplication Principle. We don't feed a man a fish nor do we teach a man to fish. There are thousands of amazing non-profit organizations that do that very well. We collaborate leaders to build a fishing industry, so that a man can create a business, employ others and take his fish to market. Serving Our Neighbors (SON) is Leaders & Organizations (Impacting the Major Spheres of Influence or Helping Those Who Have No Voice) that are known as “Those Who Can Fix Anything” and are actively “Making Our Communities Living Again.” SON's Community, Marketplace & Faith-Based Leaders are actively working together to mobilize Strategic Transformation of the Major Spheres of Influence that Shape & Control our Society & Culture (Family, Faith, Business, Government, Education, Media & Entertainment) and Those Who Have No Voice (Unborn, Orphans/Widows, Jobless/Homeless, Elderly/Disabled, Imprisoned, New Immigrants & Addicted/Trafficked). SON is about Helping You Connect, Equip & Engage with other Believers for Prayer & Service throughout the Greater Portland / Vancouver metro area, because it's time for us to "get out of the salt shaker" and into our communities! It's time for us to "Just Show Up" and "Get More Involved" in the lives of those that don't know Him!
