Servus has been actively and successfully managing and brokering commercial real estate properties in the Greater Hartford region, and beyond, since our formation in 1975. We currently manage a diverse portfolio of over 40 properties encompassing over square feet of office, retail, residential, industrial and parking assets for a broad range of ownership entities in Connecticut, Massachusetts and the Greater Washington D.C area. In 2008, Servus expanded into the Boston, MA market with the acquisition of the R.M. Bradley Company. Our staff of over 70 industry professionals includes an experienced executive management team, accounting and financial specialists, certified property managers, brokers and leasing agents, licensed mechanical technicians and a full support staff.
