Founded in 1988, S.E.T. is a second-generation, family-owned infrastructure, industrial, and general contracting company headquartered in Northeast Ohio. For more than 35 years, we have delivered transportation, utility, structural, industrial, and site development projects throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and the surrounding region. As a union contractor, we partner with state DOTs, municipalities, utility owners, industrial facilities, commercial clients, and private developers to build and maintain the infrastructure that keeps communities and businesses moving forward. Our capabilities include heavy highway construction, bridge rehabilitation and replacement, excavation and earthwork, site development, underground utility installation, water and wastewater infrastructure, pump stations, culverts and drainage systems, traffic signalization, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), roadway lighting, structural steel erection, industrial and plant construction, streetscapes, hardscapes, downtown revitalization projects, roundabouts, and general contracting services.
