Set Point Psychology

Set Point Psychology provides clinical psychology support within elite sport and performance environments. Alongside our work in sport, we also offer clinical psychology support for children and adults experiencing a range a mental health challenges. Our team are all experienced HCPC registered Clinical Psychologists and work in the NHS, alongside their independent work. Set Point represents a pivotal moment in sport where the pressure is high and mental clarity is required. We strongly believe that to sustain and enhance performance, we need to prioritise mental well-being. Performance pressures can impact our mental health at times, and we are passionate about offering evidence-based therapeutic support to optimise mental health and performance. Our team have experience of working alongside leading sporting organisations, including UK Sports Institute (formally EIS), professional tennis, premier league football, and Olympic sports, as well as working with individuals within corporate environments.
