We’re settle, a resident-focused housing association. Working in communities across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and South Cambridgeshire, we provide more than residents in over households with a place to call home. A housing association that puts residents first, we know that everyone is different, so we ensure that we provide a service that is as individual as our residents are. There is something special about working here. It’s in the values that shape us and the people that make us – us! And it’s in caring not only about the work we do, but also how we do it. We are a team of around 300 colleagues with a wide range of experience working in the housing sector and beyond. What connects us is our passion for social housing and the power it has to transform people's lives. Leading the team is our exec, who work together to shape our strategy and help guide the direction of the organisation. They ensure that every area of settle is in tune with the rest and working effectively so that each team plays its part in contributing to our overarching purpose and delivering the best possible outcomes for residents.
