Seven Ways provides supported accommodation in Brighton and Hove for young people / parents who have been in the care of the Local Authority and who need to develop practical and emotional skills prior to managing their own tenancies. Seven Ways offers a unique combination of services, providing support to care leavers, young parents and their social workers where it is needed most. We provide a safe platform from which young people / parents can test and develop their independence: • a service exclusively for care leavers with best practice assured • direct support from support workers 365 days a year • great one bedroom flats with furnishings • a strategic approach helping young people to achieve their personal targets • commitment from resilient, versatile and effective workers • flexibility Our care packages are specially designed for each individual, created in partnership with social workers, and rigorously reviewed to ensure effectiveness. Seven Ways is run by Jon Mackie who has over nineteen years post-qualifying social work experience in East Sussex and the Brighton & Hove areas.
