SEVERIN PROEKT is a Moscow-based architectural practice. The company is led by its founder Alexander Balabin, graduate from the Moscow Institute Architecture (Accreditation by RIBA). We create architecture and urban milieu over the last 23 years and have completed a huge number of projects in Russia and CIS. We design residential and apartment buildings, multifunctional and entertainment centers, hotels, recreational, medical and social facilities and industrial facilities. We value culture and intelligence in design and challenge every idea to its limits. We believe in creativity, that stands on continual research and commitment to strive to find ideal balance of esthetics, ergonomics and economy of the project. Each project is a chase to fetch out precise creative response to the brief, landscape and setting. We believe that architecture has the potential to unravel a harmony within chaos of conflicting demands and expectations of modern society. Alexander Balabin involves himself individually with each project. In conjunction with the benefits of computer modelling this approach results in ingeniously designed and precisely executed projects. Highly skilled team members use the latest technologies, such as BIM, to achieve a high level of efficiency, precision, and thoroughness. 3D visualization is part of our creative process, as well as project documentation. The company has designed more than square meters of commercial, residential and mixed-use properties since 2019. SEVERIN PROEKT is a leader in designing cultural and educational facilities, cinemas, and shopping malls. Its projects include more than 20 world-class cinemas, shopping centers, offices, winery Cote Rocheuse in Krasnodar region, which will, for sure, become an iconic place. SEVERIN PROEKT has extensive experience in buildings regeneration, including health facilities and has all the necessary permits and licenses, including the ones for heritage properties conservation.
