We operate with the aim of allowing the individual and the organization to achieve maximum effectiveness and efficiency in their challenges, through the use of an analysis and performance intervention model The S.F.E.R.A. through numerous collaborations in the university and scientific fields, it has always been at the forefront in addressing, developing and applying the new constructs that the academic world theorises (for example, the theory of HUMAN PERFORMANCE and ANTIFRAGILITY) We combine research with experimentation in order to optimize performance. We have a background like few others that we transfer daily to the companies we collaborate with. Through different paths (Anti-inflammaging, Coaching and Environmental Coaching) we are able to take into consideration the whole aspect of an individual. The body, the mind and the environment! HUMAN PERFORMANCE: As far as human performance is concerned, we have succeeded in creating a model, recognized internationally, which encompasses it, which measures it and allows us to enhance it. This is the S.F.E.R.A. MODEL! ANTIFRAGILITY: We are the first in the world to have developed, in collaboration with Giunti Psychometrics, the construct in the "application" field. We have identified the four dimensions through which it is possible to train the antifragility inherent in each individual.
