Sfu350

SFU350 is a student-led club at Simon Fraser University operating on the unceded territories of the səl̓ilw̓ətaʔɬ (Tsleil-Waututh), kʷikʷəƛ̓əm (Kwikwetlem), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish) and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) Nations, on which SFU Burnaby is located. We are dedicated to engaging the SFU community in tackling climate change on- and off-campus. This is done primarily through our student-led campaigns such our recent Climate Emergency Declaration campaign, where SFU350 called on SFU to declare a climate emergency and commit to a set of demands that ensures SFU's accountability in this declaration. Under this campaign, we successfully got SFU to commit to full divestment from fossil fuels. SFU350 is currently working on getting the university to commit to the rest of our demands.
