Sh Training

SH Training provides high-quality courses to improve the skills of professionals in neuro rehab to help their clients achieve sustainable success in their lives. Unlike public sector funded community services that assist with getting back to work and cognitive neuropsychology, SH Training provides a service that looks closer and deeper into what the clients want and dream of achieving. SH Training provides mainly online courses but also made-to-order face-to-face courses for specific groups such as universities (e.g. teaching Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Neuro Psychology students), employees of neuro rehab centres and employees of neuro rehab wards. SH Training provides free short courses, more in-depth courses on specific topics and 1-2 day certificate courses. The course training is based on client cases, neuroscience and life coaching methods. SH Training director is me, Soili Harju. I have 12 years of experience as a neuro Physiotherapist. My passion is to help people achieve the best they can. I am also training to be Robbins Madanes Trained Life Coach. I am continuously studying evidence-based neuroscience tools and methods to retrain our brains. Everything I learn will be passed on through my courses to teach the professionals in neuro rehab to coach their clients. I provide free coaching to my clients as a ‘Give Back’ project. My clients, in turn, provide me with valuable feedback on the tools and methods I use so I can improve my skills to fit their needs. The first free online course, ‘Goals to Success’ – How to help your clients achieve their dreams after a neurological diagnosis, will be launched in March 2023.
