SHAABA GROUP is a wholly Ghanaian owned group of private business organizations with investments in • General merchandizing (SHAABA ENTERPRISES LIMITED) • Production (SHAABA PROCESSING AND BOTTLING COMPANY LIMITED) • Construction (SHAABA ROADS AND BUILDING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED) • Manufacturing (GOLDEN BLUE ALUMINUM COMPANY LIMITED) • Assembling of Free standing cook ovens(COOKER MASTERS COMPANY LIMITED) The company started in 1984 as sole proprietorship, but the corporate personality changed when in 1989, it was registered under the Ghana Company’s code as a private company limited by shares. In 2010, it evolved into a group of companies with the most recent addition being the Cooker Masters Company Limited sited in Nkawkaw. The GROUP has since its inception graduated into one of the leading concerns not only in Ghana but also in the West African Sub-Region reaching countries like Togo, La Cote d’ Ivoire and Nigeria, employing about 521 people at present.
