Mission-Critical Roles: We span the full investment cycle, crossing the chasm from post-deal value creation to pre-deal advisory, through to a partial or full exit assignment. We raise capital for alternative investments (PE/RE). We serve direct investors as (Non-)Executive Director, by accelerating governance, by developing strategies and steering leadership teams in high growth or turnaround situations. We work with/alongside (portfolio) management teams acting as a sparring and operating partner to co-create and to unlock sustainable value at scale.
