Organization Development and Change Management Shakir Consulting Services was founded upon integrity, values, servitude, cultural responsiveness, and racial equity. Our vision is to be a leading consulting and social services agency owned by a Muslim American woman who is a descendant of slavery, that provides seamless and transformative services for those who are often overlooked or go unnoticed.
