Shama Living is the Inventor and owner of the critically acclaimed eco-friendly Shama Yoga Rug. The patented design of the Shama Yoga Rug features ridges woven into the rug which serve as a friction point to help prevent slipping during sweaty asana practice such as Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow and Bikram Method Yoga. The ridges are small enough that they will not throw off your balance, yet they are big enough to provide traction on a sweaty surface.
