After working within the NHS for 22 years, I successfully set up my business as a marketing consultant, trainer, and mentor. To reach their full potential, I use my corporate and marketing experience to support organisations within the private sector, charities, NHS, and the public sector across the East Midlands. I have experience in strategic and business planning, staff management, leading multi-agency initiatives, contract negotiation, and procurement. I combine this knowledge with my marketing skills to align the organisation's vision and strategic objectives with its marketing goals. This allows them to create a cohesive plan to improve communication, increase sales and grow the business. As a trainer, I keep updated with marketing, innovation, and digital transformation developments, allowing me to support my clients most effectively. In 2016, I was awarded the Recognising Rushcliffe Award for my support of the local economy. In 2020, I won the Federation of Small Businesses Regional Award for Sole Trader of the Year. I was also a finalist for the FSB National Awards. BSC (Hons) in Applied Biology, Master’s in Philosophy, and MBA in Management Studies.
