My ethos of “Coaching with Compassion” is underpinned by my passion for the practice of psychological safety in creating a positive workplace culture. Simply put, I coach leaders in life and business that already have an abundance of awesome potential but are at this moment just a little stuck. I specialise in working with leadership and management teams, where I help individuals and teams find their anchor point and establish effective and evidence-based action. Through one-on-one coaching with passionate stakeholders of organisations over an agreed period of time, together we witness this culture of psychological safety emerging and people feeling comfortable to be who they really are in their workplace.
