Shape Our Village, Llc

Shape Our Village is a trauma-informed, caregiver-centered framework for delivering ABA, designed to support families and professionals as they build humane, collaborative learning environments rooted in cultural humility. At the heart of our work is "A Million Possibilities"—a cloud-based, evidence-based curriculum that blends the science of ABA with the art of authentic connection. Through guided discussions, reflective tools, and intentional practice, we help family teams build trust, collaborate with clarity, and support learners across all environments. We believe that real impact begins with how we show up—with every thought, word, and action. Our story began in 2020, during the twin global awakenings of the COVID-19 pandemic and the resurgence of the civil rights movement. We are parents, behavior analysts, educators, and counselors witnessing the ripple effects of trauma, disconnection, and collective uncertainty. What became clear to us was this: no one thrives in isolation. SOV was born out of the belief that we all need each other and that strong, intentional relationships are the foundation of growth and learning. We imagine a world where every caregiver, child, and provider could feel seen, supported, and equipped to build healthy, connected systems. We’re more than a curriculum. We’re a movement toward Empowered ABA and Engaged Families—a community grounded in inclusivity, empathy, and the vision of a thriving, connected village. If you're looking for training that’s clear, low-prep, and rooted in relational science—you're in the right place. Mission: To use art and science to intentionally shape a connected and thriving village. Vision: To use lessons from the past, art, and science to shape a village that allows for individual, collective, and environmental wellness. To support healthy relationships in an inclusive and equitable community.
