Nutrition Coaching primarily for anyone looking to lose weight, based in the West Midlands area operating out of Wolverhampton. I bust the diet culture myths and put you on the right path with facts based on scientific evidence and research. I also offer coaching for people who have aesthetic and body composition goals, nutrition for sport and exercise, including guidance on meal timings and hydration strategies. Finally, I offer coaching for women who are looking to conceive - one of the most important factors to consider before conceiving is your nutrient profile. Which needs to be optimised even before conceiving as your baby will draw from these nutrients as they grow. But contrary to modern beliefs you do not have to eat for 2, you don't need any extra calories until your 3rd trimester, so I will work with you to make sure that you have sufficient nutrients but not excessive calories - we want to avoid excessive weight gain that will be difficult to shift after pregnancy. As well as this I can offer you guidance on early years nutrition right through to teenage with the intention of preventing childhood obesity through forming positive habits and a good relationship with food.
