Shapesty is a boutique Fitness Studio in Berlin-Mitte. We offer Lagree classes on the Megaformer. Lagree is a high intensity, low impact workout. It involves a combination of different types of resistance training performed on a machine called the Megaformer. The Workout Method is known for its focus on muscle burnout, which involves doing certain exercises for an extended period of time to maximize the intensity of the workout and engage the deepest layers of muscle fibers. If it is your first time on the Megaformer, please make sure to arrive at least 10min early to class and let your instructor now. We have a strict late policy: The door will be locked from the outside the time the class starts, so please be on time! All our classes are held in English. We can't wait to see you and sweat together!
