At Share Resolve we have a team of highly skilled and experienced clinical psychologists who genuinely care about helping others live happier and more fulfilling lives. Our psychologists base their help on a library of knowledge known as the ReFlex Method. The ReFlex Method takes the best practices from Western psychology and adapts them for Asian cultures. The best practices we've adapted include evidence based therapies such as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) which are themselves types of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Our psychologists continually improve the ReFlex Method by adding their collective knowledge and experience. We use it to train our junior psychologists and combine it with a mentoring system that improves their practice. This process means you get the most effective help whichever Share Resolve psychologist you meet. We operate on a social enterprise model whereby our primary aim is for social good rather than profit.
