Die Share Value Stiftung mit Sitz in Erfurt wurde im November 2003 von Günter Weispfenning errichtet. Zweck der Stiftung ist die Beschaffung von Mitteln für gemeinnützige Einrichtungen der Jugendhilfe, der Altenhilfe, des öffentlichen Gesundheitswesens und des Wohlfahrtswesens, in denen in christlichem Sinn Hilfe geleistet wird. Das Stiftungsvermögen wird ausschließlich in Aktien angelegt.
