Shared Economy Services (SES) was established to provide bespoke solutions for the existential challenges facing transportation network companies (TNCs) and other ‘gig’ economy players. We've created two integrated platforms to address these challenges. The first platform is based on a proprietary hybrid security invention replacing virtually all TNC/gig and driver insurance policies and infrastructure costs, with a risk-bearing management structure, guaranteed by several global insurance firms. It restructures every TNC financial statement and cash position immediately upon implementation, and provides comprehensive protection that meets and/or exceeds all current statutory and regulatory requirements. The second platform is an extensive platform of benefits and services, historically reserved for employees, now specifically designed for gig economy drivers and workers. The platform’s design, integration and operations decisively address the issue of independent contractor vs. employee classification disputes.
