Shared Performance (SP) is a company dedicated to empowering organizations and individuals to perform to their potential. Our people, knowledge and resources promote greater awareness, improve alignment and increase achievement in a way that optimizes performance for individuals and organizations. Shared Performance began in 2007 with a vision to enable more individuals and organizations to perform to their potential. For many years, David De Spong experienced and studied the factors that contribute to variations in performance in individuals and organizations. His observations revealed that the ability to perform to full potential is dramatically impacted by complexity. This has proven true and continues to worsen; as complexity in the workplace escalates it becomes more and more difficult for individuals and organizations to succeed. While skills, experience and knowledge remain important factors driving performance, the environments we now work in can trump our ability to be successful. At Shared Performance, we believe that by promoting greater awareness, improving alignment and increasing achievement within accelerating and escalating complexity, more individuals and organizations will succeed. We have successfully developed patent pending products and proven best practices that provide organizations with a comprehensive solution that improves performance in ways that were not possible until now.
