Sharewall was founded in March of 2014. Our motivation for starting the company was a frustration over the set back of free content that publishers are pivoting towards. We feel that there is no reason why a payment should be with money in this transaction economy. Once upon a time - economies were not based on money. People exchanged services and baked cakes. Today we call it friendship. Helping each other, sharing our lives and stories. This is how Sharewall works. Publishers deliver great content but rarely receive anything back from the readers. We help publishers ask for a little favor. Share the content through your social network and continue reading content for free. A fair deal that everybody understands. Social sharing as currency. Our goal is to keep content free and help users get more relevant content. We also help publishers deliver performance capabilities to publishers that will help them compete against SEM, which stands for approx. 30% of all e-commerce revenue whereas email permission marketing is just behind with 27%. We help publishers get a sustainable economy from this paradigm shift into data and email permissions.
