مؤسسة أطفال الشارقة التابعة لمؤسسة ربع قرن لصناعة القادة والمبتكرين، أنشأت في إمارة الشارقة بتوجيهات صاحب السمو الشيخ الدكتور سلطان بن محمد القاسمي عضو المجلس الأعلى للاتحاد حاكم الشارقة عام 1985، وخلال مسيرتها الطويلة، وبمتابعة حثيثة من قرينته سمو الشيخة جواهر بنت محمد القاسمي رئيسة المجلس الأعلى لشؤون الأسرة، وتهدف إلى صقل شخصية الطفل، وإتاحة الفرصة له لممارسة هواياته وتنمية مواهبه بشتى المجالات في بيئة محفزة من خلال أنشطة متنوعة تقدم للفئة العمرية (6-12) سنة. وكانت البداية مراكز محدودة العدد، ومع مرور الوقت تطورت كماً ونوعاً حيث بلغ عددها (15) مركزاً موزعة على مستوى إمارة الشارقة رؤيتنا: شريك مجتمعي في بناء أجيال واعية ومؤثرة. الرسالة: تحقيق التكامل المستدام بين مؤسسات ربع قرن، من خلال تصميم وتنفيذ برامج وأنشطة وفعاليات تستشرف المستقبل، بالتعاون مع شركاء محليين وعالميين، بهدف اكتشاف وتنمية واستثمار طاقات الأطفال والناشئة والشباب في بيئة إماراتية محفزة على الإبداع والإبتكار، لبناء أجيال واعية ومؤثرة.
