Shark Bay Advisory is a strategy-led design and staffing partner, helping teams shape digital experiences and scale with the right people. We do two things: 1. Place senior consultants in product, design, research, writing and service design – remote or onsite, always vetted and supported. Lead strategic design projects – from early insight to final handover. The people we place join as consultants through us, and we manage the full setup: visas, work permits, medical insurance, and paid leave – so our clients can stay focused on delivery, not admin. Our process is simple but thorough: We tap into our trusted network, review CVs and portfolios, run interviews to assess mindset, skills and fit – and only present the ones we’d personally stand behind. We don’t just fill roles. We build momentum – with care, clarity, and people who land running.
