Business Model: The Group acquires land and gets the prerequisite permissions to build scalable organized logistic parks. The group looks to build quality logistic parks and lease them to companies on a long term basis while retaining the maintenance of the facilities. The company has not sold any land parcel and looks to own, develop and maintain the facilities.
