I provided life coaching for women business owners who want more success without overwhelm and frustrated as they build their businesses. I delivered my first coaching session thirty years ago. I was helping a sales rep get out of her own way so she could start selling rather than convincing herself she couldn’t. It worked, even though it wasn’t my finest coaching hour; the good news is I got a lot better. On the upside, that made me obsessed with studying and developing myself. This passion for taking personal responsibility to get better has stayed with me all my life. I had a great corporate career-spanning sales, marketing, leading teams and delivering learning and development across the company. Then, the penny dropped, and it was time to create my own economy. Over the last nineteen years, I have delivered coaching, training and consulting at commercial and director level with Mars, Adelphi, Booking.Com, the NHS and hundreds of recruitment and search firms across the globe; alongside running my own sales and marketing company dedicated to serving the recruitment and staffing sector across the globe.
