Sharon has extensive experience in career counselling, outplacement and workshop facilitating. She has a strong background delivering career coaching and outplacement support along with an in-depth understanding of outplacement from entry level to executive level and has experience engaging with transitioning individuals to provide guidance in multiple areas such as; resume writing, job application / selection criteria responses, interview training, networking and personal branding. As a Career Transition Consultant, she has helped hundreds of individuals by providing personalised confidential career counselling services to identify and pursue satisfying careers, manage successful career transitions and take advantage of new opportunities. Sharon has assisted organisations with outplacement services for high level executives and key staff who are being transitioned out of an organisation. Sharon is also well versed in all phases of the recruitment process, having conducted a wide range of executive level search assignments for organisations including BHP and Australian Border Force whilst also highly experience as an Assessor and Facilitator for high volume Assessment Centres in Singapore and Australia. Sharon is competent in the interpretation of career assessments including The Birkman Method (certified) and is also an accredited NLP Practitioner.
