The firm operates as an independent sponsor with access to a wide range of capital sources from across the private investor spectrum. Sharp Action will consider growth equity, control and buyout transactions as well as Series A, expansion, and late-stage venture capital transactions. With equity participation and a continued strategic advisory role in the business post-closing, Sharp Action’s interests are aligned with both management and its capital partners in working to execute a successful growth strategy and create long-term value for all shareholders. In addition, Sharp Action offers customized consulting services to companies that may not have immediate capital raising needs but wish to enhance their knowledge about, and capitalize on commercial opportunities in, the gaming industry.
