Sharp Pilates is an intimate, inclusive Romana's Pilates® studio in Austin, Texas offering private and semi-private classical Pilates classes to support you in your fitness journey, no matter your Pilates experience. Sharp Pilates instructors have successfully completed a rigorous 700-hour apprenticeship though the prestigious Romana's Pilates® training program and continue their education through professional workshops and seminars each year. With the belief that Pilates is for every age, body type and physical condition, Sharp Pilates customizes each session toward its clients’ unique needs to strengthen and tone, improve flexibility and posture, relieve stress, enhance balance and coordination, prevent injury and promote recovery in our fully-equipped Gratz Pilates studio in Austin. With endless variations of Pilates offered across the city, Sharp Pilates is dedicated to continuing the teachings of Joseph H. Pilates and his successor Romana Kryzanowska in our classical Pilates studio in Austin, Texas. It involves the disciplined use of Gratz Pilates apparatus (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Tower, Barrels, to name a few) and more than 700 original exercises to lengthen and strengthen the human body. It is a mindful approach that demands concentration, attention to correct form and breath control. Be prepared to sweat!
