The SharpGrade G Series grader range is the most advanced grading attachment available. With sealed, shielded and Lifetime linkages, Hydraulic Side wings, Rear blade and Zero Cross coupling, the G Series are the highest producing, most accurate and lowest operating cost grading attachments available. QuadGrade control system is available with 2D laser or Sonic Tracker is the most common control option sold. we can integrate with most 3D systems and have brackets to enable rotation Sensors and Slope sensors to be fitted. The SharpGrade box blade grader is a precision grading attachment for skid steers and articulated wheel loaders. With multiple patented features, such as QuadRod linkage, sealed, life time lubricated HardiLube bushes that never require greasing, retracting wheels and adjustable hitch plate, the SharpGrade can grade harder and faster than any other box available today. The SharpGrade is available plug and play in 2D and 3D controls and is compatible with Leica, Trimble and Top Con operating systems. The SharpGrade can integrate directly into the joysticks of most skid steers, allowing seamless control in operation. Our retracting wheels allow grading right up to walls, curbs, foundations etc, or allow the SharpGrade to be used as a bulldozer, in both forwards and reverse direction.
