Sharvy is a digital solution (web and mobile app) that helps companies optimise daily management and facilitate the sharing of parking spaces, charging stations and workstations among employees. The objective: to share spaces fairly among employees and facilitate their reservation to avoid unused spaces, and to support new forms of work organisation (hybrid working, flex office, desk booking). Key features include- Release and reservation of parking spaces and workstations by employees- Reservation of any other resource by time slot (shuttle, course, locker, vehicle, etc.)- Automatic allocation of spaces by our fair algorithm, based on reservation history, priority rules defined by the administrator and work team- Management of parking space types (small vehicles, SUVs, bicycles, motorcycles, electric vehicles, disabled access, carpooling, etc.), spaces and workstations- Control of electric vehicle charging stations (start/stop charging from the app, monitoring of charging and consumption, real-time status of charging stations, billing, etc.)- Dynamic map of the car park and premises- Car park access control via number plate recognition cameras, badges or smartphones- Management of days off and connection to your HRIS- Statistics on occupancy and app usage.
