The goal was to change something. The founders of the company saw the challenges of staff augmentation and managed services. The main issue we saw was that in most cases, staff augmentation is seen as a transaction. We see this as a partnership – meaning that anyone placed is evaluated and given the appropriate guidance when needed. There have been many projects which onboard an IT resource who is interviewed and vetted by the client and they do not perform at the project. We get to the root cause of such problems and let the client know if this is a knowledge issue or a personality conflict, etc. This helps the client understand why someone is working out or not and helps us find the appropriate home for our consultants.
