Welcome to S.H.E. UK! We stand for Supporting Healing Educating and are a UK Registered Charity that offers help, support and information for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, sexual violence and rape. We support all genders, providing free, long-term, person-centred support to empower survivors to move from surviving to thriving in their lives. The services S.H.E. UK offer are based on mutual support and empowerment. We offer adult survivors a wide range of activities, for up to 2 years- Telephone support service (prior to counselling)- One to one counselling - Professionally facilitated support groups - Facilitated creative therapy groups - Arts & crafts workshops - Self-development courses - Social activities - Fundraising We are proud to be unique in our approach to supporting survivors - we are person centred, appreciate that everyone is different and ensure that people have enough time with us to move from merely surviving to thriving in their lives.
